La Grave - La Meije - (3days): A legend for freeride

The telepherics of the Glacier of La Meije give access to one of the most exciting territories for European skiers. There activity is unlimited due to the enormous repertoire of great itineraries available in the valleys of La Meije, as well as some softers in Chancel. Between the 3,600 meters of Dôme and the 1,500 meters of Romanche, every skier finds its descent, draws his line and makes a single ride on every run. In La Grave the most wild and free skiing is practiced, yet responsible and respectful. Internationally renowned, the valleys of La Meije are especially appreciated by the lovers of snow.

Day 1: skiing in the valleys of La Meiji
The classics: a journey that will enable you to explore the multiple pathways of the Valleys of La Meiji and Chancel.

Day 2: Descent from the Vallon of Devil (3512 m / 1450 m) to Saint Christophe. The descent begins at the top of Dôme of la Lauze, it is a classic. A wonderful itinerary embedded in a high mountain environment. Not recommended for snowboarders, as there are many cruises.
Lunch at the legendary restaurant "La cordée".
Back through the ski resort of Les 2 Alpes and descent to La Grave.
Overall of more than 4000 meters descent.

Day 3: Long routes and channels.
Is the stage in which a more challenging skiing is required. At this point, the technique is very important. We will discover the most secret places of La Grave, where the slopes become very steep. We will begin in the legendary Chirouze or La Voute; crossing through the amazing slops of the Vallon de la Sal and the great passage of La Rama, that will bring us to the small town of Sant Christophe in Oisans. Our itineraries will be chosen according to snow conditions of the moment and the level of the group.
